a true testament to Dolly’s power was that she starred in a movie with sylvester stallone in 1984 called Rhinestone. stallone couldn’t write a comedy for shit and the movie tanked and was an embarrassment for the studio. but Dolly still got two top 10 country hits out of it. she stayed winning.
