This seems to use a number of non-standard definitions, making Olivd look better why making the other applications look worse. Signals safety number provides e2e auth for instance, the UI just doesn't enforce going through a verification step. This chart therefor appears misleading to me.

man, i wish that folks didn’t make big moralizing statements about people on glp-1s. some of us are out here with diabetes just trying not to lose a foot. my glp-1 controls my a1c, makes my life pretty normal, allows me not to use insulin.

Once you start noticing how the incapacity to handle discomfort affects how people live their lives it's actually pretty shocking how it ruins pretty much every conceivable aspect of existence. Interpersonal relationships, romantic and platonic. Career and education opportunities. Your politics Your willingness to go anywhere. The kind of food you eat. The kind of art you expose yourself to and your ability to read it. It's never just one thing, it touches everything, and once you notice it it's like suddenly being able to see germs or something. Just this horrific catastrophe people look at you askance for screaming about. As I grow older and see what became of my friends and peers who could not learn to handle discomfort, the more I'm like. This is a genuine societal issue

My favorite album as a child was a mixtape called "Greatest Irish Bands". They had I don't like Mondays, Tatoo'd Lady, Linger, Irish Rover, Whisky in the Jar, and Dearg Doom, and the original recording of Fairytale of New York. So many fantastic bands, hearing this takes me back.

Why do museums not create replicas of their object and allow people to play with those objects? To really interact, to form a relationship. Watching something behind glass is such an inhuman way of interacting with the world. It separates connection between the us and the artifacts around us.

This is an apt analogy for many marginalized medical situations. In theory, care medication can be accessed, but you run into so many roadblocks that you may just give up and accept whatever is coming to your body.
