Bit of a rough one. Should have taken a rest day but really wanted to get out there. Sometimes I just feel totally gassed on runs that normally feel comfortable. In a million years I never thought I'd say this: I love running Today I moved 4.5 miles, 1.5 miles farther than I've ever run. I did it in intervals, 3 min of running, 1.5 min of walking, with a .5 mile walk at the end. My body is blowing me away with what I never thought it could do #runningpunks

#atproto I'm noticing some crazy input behavior when writing text on android. Sometimes the input lags. Sometimes the cursor moves and I start typing in the middle of a word. I'm on Android 12 on a Galaxy s10e.
