2 sets of L hang pull-ups totaling 7 today. I have never been able to do those. Chase that with a 5k run +30lb ruck plate in 38.5 minutes.
I am not a legendary athlete, but I went from failing at 4 pull ups to doing that many L hangs and I shaved a full 5 minutes off my last 5k.
