There are lot's of people out there pushing back against changes to Canada's healthcare system, apparently fearing a 2-tier system. Well guess what? Canada already has a 2-tier healthcare system. If you don't have access to a family doctor, you don't have access to non-emergency medicine.
An image from a scheduling tool for a doctors appointment in Quebec. It shows there are no doctors appointments available at all within a range of 100Km.

Text reads "King Arthur uses Merlin". Below, Merlin looks rather tired with heavy-lidded eyes, standing in traditional wizard garb (pointy hat & cloak with stars and moons, hooked staff) while King Arthur stands wide-eyed beside him with his left hand held up to his ear and right hand pointing forward and up slightly. Merlin's speech bubble says "Also a Nightingale".

I don’t miss American alcohol. I don’t think about it. I won’t buy it any time soon. But the primary reason for pulling it was to leverage it in trade bargaining. So, yeah, go ahead and trade it back. That’s the point. Then the consumer can decide if they want to buy it.

Art by Confounded Fowl, from Reddit

This comic by Confounded Fowl pokes fun at the massive scale of the Marvel cosmic entity Galactus by showing him straddling the globe. While the Fantastic Four confront him in New York, his legs casually land on a beach in Perth, Australia, where a local sunbather greets him with an unbothered "Ayo bro."

The "loan with obligation" feels unsatisfying, but if the club have cash for the transfers we need in the bank, it's probably totally fine. I assume from an FFP perspective, it doesn't make a big difference whether the buying club concludes the transaction now or at the end of the season.
