I like the "if you're in a position to seriously injure somebody, intentional or no, penalty" rules. The 24 Hours of Lemons has similar rules -- if you touch another car for any reason, black flag -- and it keeps the competitors (participants for Lemons?) safe. Good stuff. #usabih
