Instead of using an existing Excel sheet or the built-in reporting in our CRM software, we've been sent a crudely made in Word "form" they want us to print out and write tally marks on every day to show how many orders we've shipped and what type. Somebody get me out of here.

I apply very deliberately for roles I'm well qualified for at companies I'd like to work at. Most of the time I'm lucky to even get a rejection. I'd love to try something new, but having a learning disability makes even knowing what I *could* do extremely difficult.

Last week I got diagnosed w/ adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder). On Tuesday, I emailed a letter from my doctor w/ that dx & the limitations it places on me as well as the possible recovery time (potentially up to 36 months). I haven't received a response yet, & it's making me nervous. 🫠
