They're a goofy-looking thing, like someone sprayed a crap Dalek green, but the M3 Lee/Grant were a fairly formidable weapon when they arrived in the western desert and when dueling with Japanese armour in Burma. Still, I'd rather be in a Sherman! #jhbackdrops

Finished my Necromunda market terrain. This will help bring our encounters to life for the Inquisimunda campaign. As an added touch I made one of the stalls red and white striped, matching the town market where I grew up.

Okay got the fur parts shaded with a wash and purple seems the best for the armor. A few more base coats (gold parts for one) to lock in, shade wash, then the detail work.

I've learned more about how I actually like to paint with these two figures than I have done in an age. Really knuckling in and playing with mixes, texture, different highlighting methods and materials... Can't recommend enough just grabbing some paints and doing something utterly for its own sake!
