Yet another update for my Chaos Lord. I hope you like updates as they'll be a lot more of him to come 😂. #oldworld #artisopusltd #PaintingWarhammer #warhammercommunity

A sexy leg update! I'm just going to push through and get everything painted before I start tweaking and refining. #oldworld #artisopusltd #PaintingWarhammer #WarhammerCommunity #chaoswarriors

Working on the mounted chaos lord. If you notice, his helmet has a skull in just like the freehand on the banner I've been working on! #oldworld #artisopusltd #PaintingWarhammer #WarhammerCommunity #chaoswarriors

I'm getting so tired of seeing generative AI polluting art.

I've been painting this guy on stream. I'm still getting the hang of painting on stream 😂. He's the leader for my Battle March army! #oldworld #artisopusltd #PaintingWarhammer #WarhammerCommunity #chaoswarriors

A tiny bit more work on the banner. I've made him a bit bitey 😂. There is going to be eyes, filigree, hair etc. Loads to add, and then a background! #oldworld #artisopusltd #PaintingWarhammer #WarhammerCommunity #chaoswarriors

Daemonrich @daemonrich.bsky.social · 20/08/2026

A super early start on my banner for my chaos lord on steed. It's going to need a lot more detail and refinement. There won't be much black background left when I'm finished either. #oldworld #artisopusltd #PaintingWarhammer #WarhammerCommunity #chaoswarriors

Daemonrich @daemonrich.bsky.social · 06/08/2026

He's nearly finished, just the back of the axe and shield, plus a rough inner cape to go. Then I can see if iii can translate it onto a GD entry. Maybe it'll end in disaster 😂 #oldworld #artisopusltd #PaintingWarhammer #WarhammerCommunity #chaoswarriors

Just a quick test piece to check colours for a potential Golden Demon entry. Also for my 0ld World chaos army as l'm buying them all! Where is that chaos dragon!? #oldworld #artisopusltd #PaintingWarhammer #WarhammerCommunity #chaoswarriors

Progress continues. I've still got to fix some lighting and texture✓weathering. I'm looking forward to getting to the tilt shield and then the big shield! #New40k #artisopusltd #PaintingWarhammer #WarhammerCommunity #AdWip

Daemonrich @daemonrich.bsky.social · 17/07/2026

I got bored of painting him smooth, so I'm going with lots of weathering and stronger lighting. It'll take a while to sort him out properly, but I think it'll be worth it. #New40k #artisopusltd #PaintingWarhammer #WarhammerCommunity #AdWip

Daemonrich @daemonrich.bsky.social · 13/07/2026

I've done a bit more work on the Blood Angel captain. I keep going backwards and forwards on whether to make his armour shiny with bright highlights, or more strong red. I'm looking forward to the freehand shield! #New40k #artisopusltd #PaintingWarhammer #WarhammerCommunity #AdWip

Daemonrich @daemonrich.bsky.social · 08/07/2026

I've done a little more on the Blood Angel captain. It's a lovely pose on the model and it's nice to have the MKVII helmets back as well! #New40k #artisopusltd #PaintingWarhammer #WarhammerCommunity #AdWip

Daemonrich @daemonrich.bsky.social · 06/07/2026

A very early start on the Blood Angel captain from the Armageddon box (early review copy from GW). I'm going for a deeper armour colour so that all the extra bling on the model will stand out. Also, it'll keep it red instead of going pink 😂 #New40k #WarhammerCommunity #AdWip

Daemonrich @daemonrich.bsky.social · 02/07/2026

The painboy is nearly finished now, just the base and a bit of the back left. I've been painting the back on stream so you can see me doing it 😅. #New40k #artisopusltd #PaintingWarhammer #WarhammerCommunity #AdWip

Daemonrich @daemonrich.bsky.social · 23/06/2026

My Painboy has got a bit grubby and developed a few freckles 😅. Not too much left to do on the front, then just the back and base to finish off. #New40k #artisopusltd #PaintingWarhammer #WarhammerCommunity #AdWip

Daemonrich @daemonrich.bsky.social · 19/06/2026

I've done more work on the painboy, dirtying him up a bit, although he still needs blood stains. One of my favourite models from the box! #New40k #artisopusltd #PaintingWarhammer #WarhammerCommunity #AdWip

Daemonrich @daemonrich.bsky.social · 17/06/2026

I've given the pork painboy a good amount of checkers as I believe it's the current Ork fashion! He's slowly coming together as more of the grubby brown vanishes. #New40k #artisopusltd #PaintingWarhammer #WarhammerCommunity #AdWip

A work in progress of the new Painboy from the Armageddon box set, which GW sent me as an early review copy. I'm going quite textured and grubby with him! #New40k #artisopusltd #PaintingWarhammer #WarhammerCommunity #AdWip

I decided it's time I get a Blood Bowl team done! I've been painting this guy on stream, he's nearly done now apart from a little on the back and his base. Let's see how far I get with the team 😅 #daemonrich #artisopusltd #bloodbowl #PaintingWarhammer #warhammercommunity

I'm taking a little break from the Custodes Shield Captain to go back to Kharseth as I love this model. Painting them in the heat has not been easy 😂💀 #New40k #artisopusltd #PaintingWarhammer #WarhammerCommunity #AdWip

Daemonrich @daemonrich.bsky.social · 21/05/2026

I'm still working on the Custodes Shield Captain. I've been tweaking her a lot. I think the shadow on her cloak have come out pretty well. Still not much progress on the back 😅 #PaintingWarhammer #WarhammerCommunity #horusheresy #Adwip #daemonrich

Games Workshop sent me the Killteam: Terror from Devlan as an early review copy. I've been painting the veteran sergeant and he's almost finished! I forgot how small regular humans are in 40k 😅 #PaintingWarhammer #WarhammerCommunity #newkillteam #Adwip #daemonrich

I kept looking at my Gelgus Pust and feeling that he just looked too clean for Nurgle, so I've decided to go heavy on the rust and grime. It's quite scary going over all the polished armour as it took ages, but you don't make a stinky, rotten omelette without cracking some eggs. #warhammercommunity

Daemonrich @daemonrich.bsky.social · 08/04/2026

A bit more done! Progress is slow, but I'm enjoying her. I've decided to go for a pink satin cloak! #PaintingWarhammer #WarhammerCommunity #horusheresy #Adwip #daemonrich

I've gone a bit bright on the right thigh and need to shine the shoulder up a touch more. Most of these balances can be done in the end phase. I've had to rip her arm off at the shoulder. It's probably a good idea not to glue them on 😅 #PaintingWarhammer #WarhammerCommunity #horusheresy #Adwip

Daemonrich @daemonrich.bsky.social · 21/03/2026

Games Workshop sent me the new Custodes as an early review copy, so I decided to paint the lady captain in nmm gold. It's a beautiful model, although all of the filigree makes my eyes bleed. I'll be painting more of her on Twitch tonight. #PaintingWarhammer #WarhammerCommunity #horusheresy #Adwip

Kharseth is up for pre-order individually this weekend, so I thought I might as well keep posting updates! They're such a cool model. This might end up as another potential GD entry 😅 #New40k #artisopusltd #PaintingWarhammer #WarhammerCommunity #AdWip

Daemonrich @daemonrich.bsky.social · 23/02/2026

I'm still going on the farseer. I need to tidy up the gems a little, but he's getting there. I'm looking forward to the robes and cloak, it feels like forever since I've done some freehand! #New40k #artisopusltd #PaintingWarhammer #WarhammerCommunity #AdWip

I spent a few hours today on this new Farseer and all I managed was a bit of filigree and blending more white. White is such a pain to paint 💀 #New40k #artisopusltd #PaintingWarhammer #WarhammerCommunity #AdWip

Games Workshop sent me the new Eldritch Raiders as an early review copy. I love the farseer character, so have painted one eye 😂. I will be finishing him though. #New40k #PaintingWarhammer #WarhammerCommunity #AdWip

A super quick and early start on some gaming pieces for Nurgle. I liked the new AoS releases so much that I bought them all 😅. I'm trying some brighter painting on these which will hopefully allow me to contrast some really nice gross bits later 😂 #WarhammerCommunity

432826

Daemonrich @daemonrich.bsky.social · 30/01/2026

He's nearly finished from the front, plus the back is getting there as well! Yes, the back! 👀. I'm tempted to do the whole killteam, although Nurgle is calling me 😅 #ktshadowhunt #artisopusltd #PaintingWarhammer #WarhammerCommunity #AdWip

Games Workshop sent me the new Nightbringer model as an early review copy. It's a beautiful sculpt! I'm just trimming the extra details away and making his robes all tattered (they won't stay like this 😅). #New40k #artisopusltd #PaintingWarhammer #WarhammerCommunity #AdWip

It's been slow going but I keep tweaking things in Gelgus Pust. I've freehanded more dents on his belly, added more contrast, given him liver spots plus lots of other bits and bobs. He's such a nice model to paint! #PaintingWarhammer #WarhammerCommunity #AdWip #warhammerquest

735224

Daemonrich @daemonrich.bsky.social · 03/12/2025

Here's a slight update for Mr Pust, sent as an early review copy from GW. I've pushed the contrast a little on his armour and been working on his pigtails. #PaintingWarhammer #WarhammerCommunity #AdWip #NewAOS #Darkwater #warhammerquest

I was sent the new Darkwater set and this is one of the models I've been working on. I've been pumping quite a few hours into him as I really like the model! Actually I like all of the Nurgle stuff shown 😅 #PaintingWarhammer #WarhammerCommunity #AdWip #Darkwater #warhammerquest

I finished off my squig hopper using the new Mini Colours paints. I'm pretty happy with him for an army piece. I've got loads more of them to do but I'm really looking forward to Grom the Paunch! #paintingwarhammer #WarhammerCommun

Daemonrich @daemonrich.bsky.social · 05/11/2025

I've been testing out some of the new Mini Colour paints that I've been sent (check the Kickstarter.) I've used them on this old, metal squig hopper as the model is fantastic! It's also a tougher challenge for the paints compared to modern plastics.

I'm so thankful that I received a trophy at Golden Demon. The standard just keeps improving! There were 14 finalists in the AoS single model category alone! Thank you for all of the support and well wishes, I love going to Golden Demon. Time to paint something new! #warhammercommunity

Daemonrich @daemonrich.bsky.social · 23/10/2025

He's finished and in his carry case for Golden Demon, tomorrow. It was a bit touch and go as to me even having an entry, so I'm happy I've got something to present, even if he wasn't originally intended as an entry. #WarhammerCommunity #PaintingWarhammer #BladesofKhorne

I've moved into my new studio! The building work on my house is finished! I'm completely screwed for Golden Demon 😅. I'll finish the Deathbringer at least. I haven't set up my photography station, so it's just a quick snap. #WarhammerCommunity #PaintingWarhammer

I'm back to working on the Deathbringer so I can finish him off! I'm pushing the contrast as much as I can. I've had loads going on, so progress has been massively slow. He's going to have a big base 😬 #WarhammerCommunity #ageofsigmar #PaintingWarhammer #NewAOS #BladesofKhorne
