It's our own ui engine written from scratch. Fonts on the first screenshot are some random windows built-in fonts, code uses tobiasjung.name/profont/ and the second screenshot uses fonts.google.com/specimen/Inter for the ui font. Previous generation ui engine code: github.com/ConspiracyHu...

This has been my current little project of the last month or so; it included writing a basic TASM-to-NASM syntax converter to convert about 15000 lines of Assembly code with symbol names and comments exclusively in Finnish, and subsequently finding two NASM bugs. But hey, somone's gotta do it.
