For this week's @field-fx.party shader jam, I extended my fragment shader pathtracer to use cosine-weighted sampling and support multiple spheres. plus a small box blur ('we have restir at home'...) Catnip suggested a cute little rolling shutter effect to make the spheres wobbly.

Tonight's @field-fx.party shader jam, I am casting rays out against an infinite field of the Game of Life. github.com/canmom/jams/... Each pixel essentially owns its own game of life cell on a toroidal play area which tiles the plane. A noise texture is added based on the FFT. #demoscene

iteration 2 from this week's @field-fx.party #TIC80 jam. each emitting particle is pushed tangentially by a different VQT bin. gravity and damping keep them orbiting, and they get randomly teleported back to the centre ring sometimes, biased to quiet bins.
