So the DfE announced last week that they were consulting on making 6 of the digital standards compulsory for schools by 2030. I like the standards however they arent perfect but if tech is important maybe this is an important step.

38% of primary school children spend at least three hours a day on a digital device.
More than a third of parents say that their child is missing out on sleep because they spend too much time on screens.
On a typical weekday, 1.5 millions children spend more time on phones and screens than they do at school.
