A man at a factory made inappropriate comments on his coworkers Instagram even after she asked him to stop. She told HR and he got fired. My aunt said "I don't see why she couldn't just block him on Instagram and leave it at that" I don't think I ever got over the disgust I felt in that moment

I have an aunt who was for most of my life very sweet but at one point she started talking about people getting fired for sexual harassment and the conservative idea of someone getting fired for an innocent or misconstrued comment I told her about someone who actually got fired for sexual harassment

Multiple elementary school teachers in America have been told by parents and administrators that their appearance is too sexual when they were just going to work in normal professional dress and teaching little children about fractions and such. I know this because I've talked to a few of them
