A no-brainer of a policy, still shocked this wasn’t part of the overhaul in the Privacy Act 2020. Proposed fines small by eg AU/EU standards but good to line them up w Commerce Commission fine levels. Enough to make it worthwhile for companies to consider privacy, currently it’s not

It’s a public holiday in summer, weather is mild, many people milling around St Clair esplanade so of course the Long Dog cafe at the salt water pool is closed I really hope the lease is expiring soon. Would be great to get tenants in that location who really want to make a go of it
