& unless there’s been significant change in how ‘benefit fraud’ is reported in past few years it incl both MSD errors resulting in overpayments & people following MSD incorrect advice resulting in filling out forms wrong or claims they weren’t entitled to

I’ve had ACC taxi rides lately & it’s come up w drivers. I’m in trad Labour heartland of Ōtepoti so they tend to be less NewstalkZB rabid than other places. Cpl times Opp policy has come up, I’ve asked if they’ve heard of comparable 💚 policy & noted 💚 policies r fully costed/indep audited

I make them up on a Sunday for the week ahead (or I did, am temporarily wfh due to injury). If you put them in glass jars they’ll be fresh all week. Oh and I sprinkle seeds on the top (pumpkin sunflower and sliced almonds). Bit of a faff but tasty & healthy

I only have a bit of cold milk in a long black so dairy wasn’t an issue for me but can see that’d be a bit much if it’s your lunch as well For lunch I started making salad jars. My winter ones have some marinated beans, freekeh, slaw, feta and either hummus, vinaigrette or Greek yoghurt dressing

Had similar experience trying to shift from carb heavy to more protein brekkie. Am not a morn person Simple one was flipping ratio of muesli/yoghurt so bulk of it is a good yoghurt eg The Collective brand w nut heavy muesli as a topper rather than being the main ingredient. Add fruit to suit

Great policy! I’d def take the train to Ōtautahi (at reasonable price). Meanwhile all Luxon can talk about is bloody roads as if anyone other than him and his donors can afford petrol these days 🙄 #nzpol

That line about if it was his “business” made me livid. Altho tbf several lines did. Such ideological drivel. They have no idea what they’re cutting, it’s for no reason other than vibes & the ever present ‘back office’ cuts as if that doesn’t force more work onto front line 🤦‍♀️

Highly recommend lemonade popsicles. They have magical healing properties. Work well for gastro bugs, hangovers and morning sickness! I think it’s the combo of taking small amounts of fluid, being cold, enough flavour/sugar to give u a boost but not so much flavour it overwhelms you
