Gennaro Belpaese Pulling scars from the Among Us trailer, since they're not on the sprites. It makes sense, and adds visual interest. Scars tell a story; sometimes that story is 'idiot spends years melee knife-fighting monsters before figuring out he could throw the knives.' #VampireSurvivors

The design for the knives is a combination of the Knife weapon icon (red handle), the knives Gennaro is holding in his sprite (gold hilt, asymmetrical blade), and the thrown weapon sprites (simple monochrome shape, but the lingering trail they leave gives the impression of a long handle with a protruding pommel).
