Love it, in the rare event I get it! I treasure gift-art dearly. Main boundaries are rather typical; try to keep characters in-character, and don't be a perv/creep. ...and understand that gift art is NOT a trade! Don't try guilt-tripping for reciprocation and throw hissy fits if you don't get any!

YouTube REALLY needs a goddamn function to watch a Playlist from oldest first, because SO MANY PEOPLE don't bother to reorder their playlists to be chronological.

Hm... since I've found myself with free time and reduced art motivation, maybe with the advent of Legacy of the Bloodmoon, it's time I jumped back into Vampire Survivors for a little bit (since the last update I played was The Coop, and there have been a few BIG updates since then)... ...maybe...

I decided to doodle this old fellow yesterday in my sketchbook with a new Kakuno pen filled with Monteverde Garnet ink. This is also the final page in this sketchbook, which marks the first sketchbook I've completely filled. EVER.

Messy pink ink lineart of a giant serpent monster with an unidentifiable horned skull head with sharp teeth and prominent fangs, and googly eyes on stalks emerging from the eye sockets.

Sometimes someone very disruptive who everyone tiptoes around to avoid hurting their feelings leaves themself wide open to a huge burn and it takes every fiber of my being to not be an asshole and roast them to a crisp on the spot even if A) it'd be SO easy, and B) honestly they kind of deserve it.

I wasn't following the Ratatan updates closely and didn't realize until just now - moments before they lock down orders for the Kickstarter - that they dropped Switch 1 physical editions for Switch 2 only. ...I don't have a Switch 2. I have NO intention of buying a Switch 2. Kinda bullshit.

Offering to help somebody in order to feel useful/included when you don't have the capability/desire to ACTUALLY help probably hurts your reputation more than not offering to help in the first place. Pretending to be reliable and flaking causes more harm than admitting you can't/won't do anything.

Flowers are now maturing!!! Male for now. Note: Did a little digging, and it turns out Jackfruit plants are monoecious, they just start off producing male flowers first and start growing female ones later. Kind of makes sense, since the tree would have to be way sturdier to support the full fruit.

Jackfruit flower, with my hand for scale. It is round and rough and green, very 'boring' for a flower, but is starting to produce pollen.

Not a Marvelhead, but Tokon is preettyy as expected of my usual infatuation with the look of ArcSys fighters. But, as with most ArcSys fighters, it's over my head to play. Carnage is Peak Aesthetic, tho. One day people will consider characters with his fighting style who aren't evil murderfuckers.

A commission I finished for @lukaneff.bsky.social of her ferris wheel Cursed OC, Clair! I was tasked to design this character from nearly the ground-up - with some guidelines - and I had a lot of fun coming up with this! Thank you for commissioning me!

A gigantic monstruosity forming a ferris wheel of flesh in multiple skin tones. Her central housing is lined with teeth, from which emerge many long, too-many-jointed arms splitting in two at the end to form hands. Each hand sports an eye; they are in alternating colors. Some of the hands hold onto ferris wheel carriages, which are still inorganic an resemble those of the original structure; however, they are connected to long, fleshy tubes, and when open, are organic inside, with teeth and tongues and intestinal textures. A large eye gazes from the center of the wheel, and she is supported by four legs that bifurcate at the ends. The central wheel and legs are dotted with bits of rusting metal pipe.

This took SO much time, but it is finally done to the best of my current ability for the time being. There's stuff I might fix later, but I put it off for too long as-is. There was just so much going on with this design that I kept losing focus the longer I worked on it. #LookOutside #LookOutsideOC

Tracks, a giant Cursed hybrid of monster truck, human, dog, and scorpion, standing against the "Large Room" battle back.

Tracks play-bowing with his scorpion pincer jaws extended. His eyestalks up top look very worried.

Wanted to see if I could draw one of my favorite hand losers (affectionate) without a sketch. It's messy and I did it in dim lighting so my color choices aren't great, but it only took about an hour so I don't mind it.

A very pink hand worm from Look Outside, in ink and marker.

Tale as old as time; starting a traditional media drawing too low on the page and having a bunch of blank canvas above it and no real way to use up that negative space.

A hunched 'human' figure with ashy brown hair in a gray puffy hoodie, green shirt, and blue jeans. Their mouth gapes open, head stretched unnaturally and splitting, eyesocket pulled out of place, as a monstrous red horse/dragon skull with way too many eyesockets pushes out from inside of them. Similarly red and fleshy claws extend from the palms of their otherwise still human hands.

While walking home today, I randomly had the idea to revise a really old character, but I gaslit myself into what she looked like. I dug up like three really old pics and misremembered all of them, haha.

Raiku, a buggy green dragon thing with bluish crystalline claws, spikes, and wings. Drawn with miscellaneous pens and inks.

Close-up of the claw, with the paper angled away, blurring the top of the image. Mostly to show off the glittery gel inks.

Love going through old-ass art trying to find a character I've apparently gaslit myself into remembering having drawn (I can even see the pose in my head), and finding the weirdest shit in the process instead (like this notecard of random goobers from 2003)

A seahorse made of guts, a googly-eyed head with knives and cleavers for limbs, a football with warty clawed legs, a melting face, a disembodied tongue slug with googly eyestalks, and a nondescript googly-eyed blob growing tiny, clawed, flailing limbs. I apparently had a googly eyes phase in late high school.

Times like this make me really appreciate the streamers who opt for the 3-minute ad blocks infrequently who stop playing during the ads, over the 1.5 minute ones three times as often who keep playing during the breaks.
