So the new paper… —finds that immigration economics is identical to other fields of empirical inquiry: researcher priors correlate with results —finds that the magnitude of this correlation is minuscule —does not mention the most prominent documented bias of this kind, from one of the authors.

In 2012 waren er nog 103 gemeenten (30% van het totaal) met minimaal 30% sociale huur, oftewel het landelijk geformuleerde beleidsdoel. In 2023 was dat aantal echter afgenomen tot 61 gemeenten (18% van het totaal). In de overige 284 gemeenten (82%) lag in 2023 het aandeel onder de 30%

De politiek zegt de volkshuisvesting in Nederland weer te willen versterken. Maar met de huidige plannen zal het aandeel sociale huurwoningen de komende jaren blijven krimpen. Ik zette verschillende onderzoeksgegevens op een rijtje, Trouw schreef er een artikel over. Een draadje:
