Our politics have become completely amoral. Obviously, having Trump dominate everything is a huge part of that, but we've also accepted crypto, gambling, AI, prediction markets etc. with no regard for the moral consequences. There is market for *moral* politics that is wildly underserved.

In my inbox today, Politico's Weekly Agriculture e-newsletter with another ad from Bayer promoting "regenerative agriculture." Your usual reminder that Bayer's chemical products *harm* soil health, and if you're using them, you're not practicing regenerative agriculture. The greenwashing continues.
A message from Bayer:

At Bayer, we believe in delivering smart, practical tools directly to American farmers. Through advanced digital platforms, we provide accurate, real-time data maps with insights on moisture, nutrients, and compaction. This gives farmers the information they need to unlock their soil's full potential. We empower growers to advance regenerative agriculture, helping to secure a financially sustainable future with boosted yields.
