Terrazzo's parser can be used standalone: terrazzo.app/docs/referen... For very noddy stuff there's also my own, half-arsed thing: github.com/c1rrus/dtcg-... ..though, as the name suggests, it's more of building block you might use to build a proper parser :-P

I'm continuously surprised by how many news site paywalls are overcome by simply web browsers' "reader mode". You'd think that if your business depends on it, you'd take the time to truncate articles for non-subscribers server-side, no? I'd have thought that's an obvious requirement.
