Put another way: In 2025, the benchmark Silver plan cost this couple 8.5% of their gross annual income in premiums. In 2026, due to Republicans allowing the improved ACA tax credits to expire, this jumped to 36% of their income. In 2027 they'd have to pay over 42% of their income. 😳
