I just took my red bean butter mochi out of the oven, and knowing it's going to take forever to cool is frustrating. I've made two versions of regular butter mochi, and chocolate butter mochi a few times, but this is my first azuki (I used ogura, which is the chunky one). Next up is black sesame!
