Congrats to Ichiro Taniuchi's lab! Happy to have been part of this study with Yoselin Paucar Iza showing that Runx–CBFβ complexes are essential for the development of tolerogenic Thetis cells. Overexpression of Runx enhances TC IV and pTreg differentiation. www.nature.com/articles/s41...
