Some important #MatchDay2025 reminders for #Medsky. For better or worse, matching into residency doesn’t define your worth. There are amazing doctors who’ve matched in their bottom choice, or not matched at all and had to SOAP. SOAPing is not your failure, but a failure of an imperfect system.

Yea...this is one of those times when, if leaders are going to speak up, they need to differentiate their communication strategy by audience. Internally (students, faculty, staff, alumni), effects on the university matters. Externally, focus on the bigger picture. One message will not fit all.
