Realizing that this deck is a bit more consistent subbing Lilligant for Shiinotic. Instead of a 50% to keep the enemy slept and adding 1 extra energy to Celebi, you get a 100% of adding 2 energy. Butterfree+Erika is enough to keep Lilligant up, and past 8 energy the EV is so high it doesn't matter.

Ran some Python sims of this deck The basic engine is Moltres in front, Sizz/Cent in back, starting on the first turn you have energy(either Turn 2/3, depends on turn order) In 10M simulations, only 19.1% fail to have this set up by your first turn with energy. #PTCGP #PokemonTCGP

List of results from 10M simulations for my Moltres Ex/Centiskorch deck in Pokemon TCG Pocket

Scenarios with Moltres active and Sizzlipede benched are considered Success. Scenarios with Sizzlipede active, Moltres benched, and an X Speed in hand are also considered success. These combined happen 72.6% of the time.

Scenarios with Sizzlipede active and Moltres benched (without X Speed in hand) are considered Minus 1, since you lose a turn retreating Sizzlipede. These happen 8.3% of the time.

Failure occurs when you fail to draw at least one Sizzlipede and at least one Moltres Ex by your first turn with energy (either turn 2 or 3). These happen 19.1% of the time.

Got my 5 consecutive wins after theorycrafting this Moltres/Centiskorch deck. Loading Centiskorch with energy can take as little as two turns, and he does more DPS than Charizard ex since you only need 1 energy per turn to upkeep. #ptcgp #pokemontcgp

I don't know anything about meta in PTCGP, but I'm having fun and have a decent winrate with this deck. The potential 1 or 2 turn lethal with Articuno+Misty is hilarious when it hits, and otherwise all the mons make for good blockers while building Dragonite.
