My body's setpoint is finally defeating the tirzepitide (yay!), but being both hungry and overfull all the time is annoying. Hoping I can get things balanced out soon-ish. Also, I see many date energy balls in my future. Thank pity there are good ways to make them taste like more than just dates.

One of the best parts of the Internet is the intensely enthusiastic people. This person won't make an AI underwater temple scene when they can spend months painstakingly placing every fish. That one really does trash pickup through their LEGO city with to-scale garbage trucks. And it's beautiful.

Fatphobia is absolutely wild. Even while I was freaking out about my unexplained weight loss and seriously grieving the muscle mass I lost, there was (and is) that little voice saying "but you fit into your old clothes and your face looks better and..." I'd rather have some fat and my butt back.

Interesting study about potential health hazards of erythritol. HOWEVER, note that studies exposed cells to levels of the sugar alcohol commonly found in beverages, NOT levels commonly found in bodies. Take results with a big grain of salt. Or a big grain of erythritol, as the case may be.
