It's more of a double edged sword in my experience; either people are too certain and therefore arrogant and probably wrong, or they hedge and so the science can't possibly be settled/they aren't experts. There's always a reason to dismiss expertise you don't want to accept.

I feel like the dark red walls in our bedroom make it feel like a jewel box, not a cave. Def try out some BIG (50x50 cm) swatches of your top few colors. My daytime fav was muddy and terrible at night; my nighttime 2nd fav was almost neon in full sun.

Different parts of the body have different HGH sensitivity, yes. Some of your organs are relatively sensitive, as are some of your bones (including particular face bones), so yes, you get specific body changes, especially when it's abused.

My body's setpoint is finally defeating the tirzepitide (yay!), but being both hungry and overfull all the time is annoying. Hoping I can get things balanced out soon-ish. Also, I see many date energy balls in my future. Thank pity there are good ways to make them taste like more than just dates.

Yeah, I chased a citation backwards through a few papers' introductions and discovered the first person in the chain got it entirely backwards. So I never stopped digging down and at least reading the figures of the original before using it. (Honestly, it took less time than all the failed PCRs.)

Just finished You Should Have Been Nicer To My Mom by Vincent Tirado, and I loved it. Compelling with no heroes or easy answers, and the setting is intensely real. I'm enjoying wrestling with it, but I'm going to let it cook before I read it again.
