It's a common problem that happens with TM's anti-bot measures: When you refresh too much (or, get errored out while trying to purchase presale tickets, I guess), you get flagged for suspicious activity. That wouldn't clear with any of the normal methods.

Life Update: @ticketmaster is the absolute worst. Due to a very common technical issue on their side, I'm locked out of my account and spent the last many hours trying to fix it with them with phone calls, emails back and forth, and my own tech knowledge to no avail.
