Ive said this before. Unions have a moment in time to create parallel, Non Profit Trust or Associated Health Plans and offer them to small to medium size businesses. Unions can negotiate far better than SMBs or associations . Imagine if millions got their healthcare from unions ? Thoughts ?

Liman actually held Giuliani in contempt two times. For one, based on failure to comply w/ court orders involving turnover of property, he hasn't yet decided on the sanctions. For the other, re failure to answer interrogatories, he's forbidding Giuliani from certain claims re Palm Beach Condo.
