Last week I ran for the first time since my accident on May 24th, and today I ran FOUR MILES during my hour long run class. I tried a few of my previous “all-out” speeds for minute-long stretches and while it was harder, I was still able to hold them.

These ol’ bones finally knit back together!!!!! I’m completely cleared with no restrictions, except those from scar tissue/stiffness after 3 months of no movement 🫠 I’m allowed to run and even lift, although the latter will be further down the road. Can I get a HELLLL YEAH BROTHER 🔥🙏
