This is Pheretima darnleiensis, a megascolecid worm spread across SEAsia by human activity, seen by me in Singapore. Close relatives use their rapid slithering behavior to escape predators, but these also apparently use it to swim quite elegantly, surprising snakehead fish and human onlookers alike.
