i got really into modular origami for a bit when i was working a "no internet or phones but a lot of downtime" type job. pic attached is nice paper bc it was the first example i found in my camera roll but you can just cut printer paper or junk mail into squares. i don't know how it would rank [...]

never really thought about the possibilities of equipping inky as equipment...

a generic grey humanoid figure wearing the incubator as a sort of living suit; the face is exposed + there are partially translucent sections over the upper arms, tummy, and thighs, and the rest is mostly opaque. inky's facial features are not visible and its core is set into the chestpiece of the "suit."

i spent all these years drawing inky as a naked little slime thing with nooooo idea that as soon as i turned it into something that does wear clothes it would demand to be put into pretty dresses

from offscreen the disembodied announcement, "[Everybody liked that.]" surrounded by like and reblog icons. kokabiel, perched on record's outstretched arm with its tail coiled around their wrist, cheerfully smiling: "I should curse you more often!" the pullstring on record's back is mid-retraction and they look unamused. "I love being your doll!" they exclaim (cursed) and, in normal tones, "You should not."
