But, getting up in the afternoon or evening was less miserable than getting up in the morning. Also, the night shift paid more, and I needed the money. And I got to avoid my spouse. Divorce and a job I like made me a morning person. 010

Generally, not sleeping is associated with disorientation, memory problems, and slower processing speed. But if it works for you and you feel better for it, cool. If it works it works. 200
