Oct 5th - Moonlighter II - XSX I adored the 1st one and this is a great follow up! New mechanics for the loot and store keep runs fresh with updates coming regularly. Combat is fluid and varied too, with plenty of options! Overall I enjoyed my time, even if it got a littly grindy near the end.

Another monthly in the bag, we ran into tech issues so we ended up super delayed but damn it was sick! 3s and Tetris TGM2 on crt thanks to misters was worth the hassle though! My wee viewing area worked a treat too!

If we wanna cut these off at the source, stop sharing them, stop making videos about them, stop hosting them on your websites. Stop giving talentless hacks the attention they crave. Stop rewarding them for defiling our hobbies.

Today we're bringing a vote to deliver a moratorium on hyperscale data centres in Scotland. The Scottish Parliament will have a simple choice. MSPs can stand with the communities they represent, protect our environment and our resources. Or they can fail to act.

Vote today. Scottish Greens force vote on haling hyperscale data centres.

Sep 15th - Rewind or Die - XSX A short, sweet, PS1 style indie slasher game. Annoying controls aside it's a fun romp through a video rental store in a fictional English town and full of gore and jumpscares! Worth your time whether you remember video nasties or not 😜

Seen a bunch of this sort of thing since yesterday Psychic Force 2012 was literally the biggest arcade game of it's time in Japan. Not just fighting games. Of all games It got solid coverage & guides for over a year when it released. It won Gamest's Game of the Year Grand Prize. It was a big deal

It probably only won as the challengers are all weird shit nobody even knows like KoF98, SF Zero 3, Soul Calibur, Virtua On OT, SF3-2I, Last Blade, ESPrade, Radiant Silvergun, several Beatmanias, SpikeOut etc etc

Tested Switch 2 VRR Games need to be patched, only Welcome Tour supports it now It supports full LFC in 120hz mode In 60hz mode, it supports between 40-60hz like Xbox which is better than PS5's 48-60hz support Thankfully with the internal screen being VRR, most games should have it going forward
