I can read 4 or 5 books at a time because I frequently got "non-school reading" taken away from me as a kid. Grades would drop into the Bs and Cs, I'd get punished. I'd get caught partway through one book, get it taken away, start a different one. When I got the books back, I'd pick up where I was.
