I saw a comment online awhile back describing the current economy as "movie theater pricing but for everything." I find myself remembering that comment after taking my daughter to a movie today. My first time in a theater since before covid I think. $32 for 1 adult and 1 kid ticket!!

Today's Low Quality Ad is for this Guillotine T-shirt. I know inflation has been rough lately. But it's important to understand that inflation doesn't affect everything. For example, while grocery costs have skyrocketed the price of guillotines has remained relatively stable. collabs.shop/c2zki8

A faded black t-shirt featuring a vintage-style graphic of a guillotine inside an arched frame. Above the guillotine, the words "GIVE ME HEAD" are written in a bold, arched serif font. The design has a distressed, cracked texture.

Pam Bondi just sent a letter to Minnesota officials saying ICE will leave if the state turns over its voter database to Trump. Guess what? This has never been about safety or immigration. It’s a pretext for Trump to take over elections in swing states.

Flashbangs burn hotter then lava. They've caused serious burns, severed hands, and even killed. *That's* what ICE just tossed into a car full of kids. Here's our investigation from 2015, by @juliaangwin.com: www.propublica.org/article/flas...

I'm disappointed by Airbnb's policy that prevents you from cursing in reviews of places you stay. I would like to provide the most accurate review I can of the place I'm staying for the month of August. I feel like a few F-bombs would go a long way towards making that happen.
