Several weeks ago, Phil Tippett's legendary animation studio in Berkeley, CA closed. An anonymous hero noticed a folder of CDs. This turned out to be hundreds of unseen hi-res images and videos from Star Wars, Robocop, Jurassic Park, etc. ~90 isos for you to browse: archive.org/details/tipp...

What's your "origin" video game? Mine would probably be Turrican on the Amiga 500. Started my gaming career on Commodore, continued on a 386, did a short stint on the original Playstation during the late 90s and since then it's been PC all the way.

Einhänder was tied for my favorite PS game back in the day, right up there with Metal Gear Solid. Must've completed it a dozen times over the years. The visual and sound design, the weapon switching mechanic, the insane boss designs, all about it felt so unique and polished.
