So, it is documented that parasitic infection changes behavior. Rats infected with toxoplasmosis have a dampened fear response making them more likely to get eaten by cats. Similarly humans infected with toxoplasmosis have different behaviors. 1/2

When they talk about deporting political dissidents who are American citizens they are being disingenuous. You can't deport an American.... There is nowhere to send them to. They are talking about indefinite detention in labor camps for slave labor that can be leased to the oligarchs.

We had New England Reptile Distributors out to our house for my 6 year old's birthday party today. It was lots of fun. We got to touch lizards and snakes and the kids and parents loved it. Highly recommend it if someone in your life loves coldblooded things like my boy.

My wife took the boy to Sam's Club for the first time and he fell in love with these cow jammies. Of course we had to get them for him. This was him posing last night. This morning the first words he said to me after waking were, "Do I have to take this off?"

As a physician, I know that weight loss is important for health and personally I have always been overweight or obese. I got into running to try to stop that. It did not help with weight loss, but the health and fitness changes have been obvious. Don't let BMI interfere with your fitness journey.
