So, it is documented that parasitic infection changes behavior. Rats infected with toxoplasmosis have a dampened fear response making them more likely to get eaten by cats. Similarly humans infected with toxoplasmosis have different behaviors. 1/2

We had New England Reptile Distributors out to our house for my 6 year old's birthday party today. It was lots of fun. We got to touch lizards and snakes and the kids and parents loved it. Highly recommend it if someone in your life loves coldblooded things like my boy.

I recently watched the film "The Little Things" with Denzel, Remi Malek, and Jared Leto. I liked it a lot. At the beginning I thought it would be a hero cop/serial killer movie like Silence of the Lambs, but by the end it had completely subverted that and was telling an entirely different story.
