Charges of intimidating a witness, victim or attorney were dropped after defense rested last week. Prosecutor Paul Watkins said today the charges were related to Flynn allegedly telling his daughters not to mention specific things before interviewed and that it could mean his life or death.

I used to say more writers should get tear gassed and have live rounds pointed at them by federal police. After Minneapolis, when that actually happened to writers, I realized it's not feasible. Hard to simply dabble in video, doing White House broll or whatever, if you never get stuff like this.

Even in a thread where I talk about licensing video to numerous national outlets and documentaries, people still want to suggest I take video for likes and retweets! It makes me crazy. I could not afford to be a writer if I did not license video. I would have to have a different secondary job.
