Thanks! And yup, it sure is. I messaged back & forth with a pretty popular workout content creator and he asked what I saw as my biggest obstacle to my goal weight. I said time. I’m not gonna lose another 30 pounds in only three months. It’s just gonna take time. He agreed. ⏰🗓️💪🏋️

Well, after 3 months, 26 lbs. lost, 5 weeks of not missing a workout (M,W,Sat.) & watching my carb intake at every meal, I’ve hit a weight plateau. It’s just not coming off right now. It sucks, but I also know it’s temporary. At least I’m not gaining, right?
