UK folk, as we find ourselves in 30+C temperatures again, this is a reminder to check your medicines for appropriate storage temperatures. You’ll find that many of them shouldn’t be stored above 25C, so get them in the fridge 👍❄️💊

I use disposable emails and the ones I gave to amazon got the more creepy, unseemly scam adjacent spam. Most of the aliexpress disposable emails never even got sold to a list! They were often pure and did not share my email with 200 creeps. But people think amazon is "safer" ... nonsense.
