My son was telling me how his school have tightened up their web filters in response to worries about online harms. Apparently you can’t now look U.K. the assassination of JFK because it contain references to guns or Charlie Kirk’s page as it contains references to abortion. #censorship #moralpanic

Legislation to force software providers to brick people’s phones with blocking software is really worrying development in the U.K. Any content blocking software should be a parental choice and even then freedom of expression rights of teenagers need respecting.
