Since I'm getting back into DJing in-person I figured it was worth giving these a go. If anyone who's used them has personal insights, especially with Dräger X-plore 1950 N95, by all means drop it in the comments.

Photo of 5 rectangle shaped clear plastic packages containing small valves and straws. 3 are front facing and show a cardboard insert depicting a woman wearing an N95 mask with a drink valve installed.

On October 6th, I commemorate the millions of Palestinians still living under brutal, evil, and unchecked Israeli ethnosupremacist terrorism. And on October 8th, I commemorate the countless Palestinians that have been murdered not just in the current genocide, but in a century of Israeli murdering.

"Trans people only get rights if they live in safe blue congressional districts" is an openly segregationist stance and I'm sick of anyone pretending otherwise.

it’s very telling how many of the people involved with AI research in the 20th century - most of whom seemed to have largely meant well - simply never seem to have thought about our current “ultra-rich sociopaths try to use AI tools to crush everyone else forever” scenario

Interesting. I did a lot of CBT in the past, which was helpful, but I don’t feel like it led to any major shifts or revelations. I’ve heard promising things about IFS. But it might be that either way I really need to do something about the adhd first 😛

It’s unreasonable to expect a lamadingdong every season. To produce them on a predictable schedule would make them an entitlement; trite. They should remain a special, unexpected treat—on the order of “hey kids, let’s go out for ice cream!”

The biggest oddity—though easy to adapt to, is that each document is itself functionally a separate Miro board, and the default view is an obsidian style Notes app.

Ben is Unionized and Writes Stuff @beewubs.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

So, I’m still figuring out some quirks (like where files are stored for the offline app), but so far Affine seems to broadly do most of the Miro-y things I’m interested in. You can host your own instance as well, or sync between devices (the documentation could be clearer). affine.pro
