Biphasic Bees report: Awake 0330 - did try and get back off before but it wasn’t happening….. got up at 5 - took meds and had a drink. Wash on, prep for later crumble making. Checked some dates so I know what’s what. Pain still present. Nerve pain sucks particularly. Weary, not just tired.

They are LOUD. They have ALWAYS been loud and I’m at a point where I don’t understand why it’s ok for them to do this in public. Do people really not care that they are forcing their business on everyone else with this behaviour? I have tuned out a LOT over the years but they have no consideration

I realise I’m screaming into the void here but …. My back is out just now and I’m in a lot of pain. Consequently have sprint several spells today laying on my bed. It’s still warm enough to want the windows open. My neighbours have been yapping and shouting outside in their front ALL afternoon.

youth. Much more likely to become homeless, or have issues with family members over their identity, the internet is often a lifeline. This is a painful and difficult borderline, as SM has also given harbour to dangerous, damaging individuals who have also bullied young people to death.

Yes, Farage leaves his voters materially worse off. Also: don't underestimate how good the hate feels, how nourishing it is, how it makes financial loss feel worth it. That's what he offers his base, a chance to hate with purity. A huge selling point. We saw it with Trump and we see it with him.

Took my client to Wicken Fen this week and used my Merlin app @birdsoftheworld.bsky.social to listen at different points. This is about 1/3 of what we heard and was only one point on our little walk. We also heard other warblers, cuckoo, blackbirds. Cornell! I love it! 🐦 🦅 🦢🐦‍⬛🦉🪿🐧🐔🐤

Hot. Struggling to sleep between neuropathy pain and itching. Got up and: looked at my garden, split up some washing and ironing, put things away/in the rubbish/etc. Opened a window, refilled a bird feeder. Sometimes I have to touch my house. Hoping to snooze now so I can edit later….

I have the best friends. I was so scared today was gonna be bad. Really bad. It wasn’t, but I didn’t have to face it alone. I had a lift, and companionship, and the kind of support that holds your hand and possibly makes others wonder what on earth this friendship is. What more could I want?
