Naughty City etc but I still think it's really weird that our football industry has outlawed owner investment but you can crank up the cost of a seat or turf out real fans for tourists and execs and that's fine. Only poor people are allowed to pay for success. #nufc

Been avoiding this but it’s Super Important to have access to knowledge & experience w neurodivergence ASAP. A big source of lifetime torture among people with ADHD roots from inability to contextualize & put into words what we are experiencing both within & from how the outside world responds to us

The French made a short film about what could happen after all immigrants would follow the ‘white, angry old man’s’ advice to go back where they came from.

For everyone getting really wound up, at least we didn’t spend £40M on Trafford who has a ‘mare despite minimal pressure this evening

I get being pissed off in the moment at the result, but I’m seriously wondering if this is some people’s first season of following Newcastle United, because if it isn’t I’m wondering where the shock and surprise has come from?

It’s all very well going for youth, but the team still needs a physical presence, especially away to Leeds. Literally being bodied all over the pitch here

I’m 5’6” and was predominantly a winger in my playing days, but I doubt I’d have been shrugged off as easily as Sven Botman there

The fact their defenders are allowed to throw Wissa to the floor repeatedly bothers me helping either

Massive gap between the forwards and the rest of the team, means we cannot retain possession at all

For fucks sake, thought we might end up seeing this kind of result tonight. Really need to see more from the team on the second half. Few of the senior players really need to step up and show some leadership now

The Man Utd lot aren’t taking the Haaland goal decision well, have conveniently forgotten the utter travesty that was the Magiure goal that was allowed to stand a few short weeks ago. Never mind the shocking red card decision earlier in the same game. They were just utterly shocking

Neville “When they look back at the goal they realise they got it wrong” funnily enough he didn’t think that equally applied to the red card decision

BedlingtonJamie @bedlingtonjamie.bsky.social · 13/09/2026
Honestly how the fuck is Neville given co-comms on Manure games? I bet the old fan commentary used to do would be less myopic. Tbf it’s equally as chronic when Spit the Dog covers Liverpool too

BedlingtonJamie @bedlingtonjamie.bsky.social · 13/09/2026
Garry Neville still trying to justify the red card as obvious, when if anything the kick into Foden on the ground is more befitting, really is some mental gymnastics and red specs on drivel

@skysportpl.bsky.social any chance of adding a mute commentary option to your league cup coverage? Because the jokers you have on the Milwall/Newcastle game are the aural equivalent of a painful sexual transmitted disease

Fucking horrific tackle, and the utter bellends on commentary laughing about it. If that’s what you should expect at the New Den maybe they should consider rugby, but they’re too much of a bunch of Fanny’s for that

Feel like Ando here screaming “just put it in the net” at the telly. I hate these games that appear like attack vs defence when we don’t score, as all NUFC fans have seen this script before 😂

188 years ago today the brave Northumberland heroine Grace Darling helped her lighthouse keeper father rescue 9 survivors of a shipwrecked steamer off the Farne Islands. Age 22 she probably showed more bravery than we can only dream of showing. She sadly passed away 4 short years later of TB.
