Will never forget when I was 22 and working as a newspaper reporter and one of the editors was convinced I had a coke problem because I was always sniffing and rubbing my nose. I was actually just a dork allergic to the mold-infested building and wouldn't have even known where to acquire coke ffs.

On my continuing quest to up my fiber and protein, I grabbed a can of pumpkin puree and made a pasta sauce with peas, spinach and white beans on a special protein/fiber pasta made from white beans. Then I used the leftover pumpkin to make a few pumpkin yogurt snack cups.

White bean pasta with peas, spinach and white beans in a pumpkin sauce made from pumpkin puree, coconut milk and silken tofu blended together, then heated over sautéed onions and garlic with garlic powder, oregano, parsley, basil and red pepper flakes.

Nonfat Greek yogurt mixed with pumpkin puree, honey, vanilla extract and cinnamon.

Went to the apple store in the mall to pick up a new computer but the store wasn't open cause they lost power so we did a lap around the mall, came back and they were about to open. There was a crowd standing there and as the doors opened the employees clapped and it was all just too much for me.
