What Paul Givan has done with removing the social disadvantage criteria (SDC) without consulting on it - something he explicitly said he planned in the draft childcare strategy - will cut a generation of disadvantaged kids off at the knees. Many of them from (ostensibly) DUP voting families.

From today, households in GB can legally plug in solar and start saving. Northern Ireland still can’t. Assembly candidate for North Down Cllr Anthony Flynn was promised our rules would move in step with Britain, but that hasn’t happened, and renters and flat dwellers are losing £110 a year saving.
