• Courts have consistently held that privilege requires a human attorney, a formal engagement, and reasonable expectation of confidentiality

Our conversations were processed through a third-party platform, which further complicates any privilege claim

What you must do right now:

Retain a licensed criminal defense attorney immediately if you have not already - this is non-negotiable for drug trafficking charges

Do not attempt to access, alter, or delete any conversation records

Tell your attorney everything about these AI consultations so they can assess the damage and build your defense strategy

Comply with the subpoena through proper legal channels - your attorney can file motions to quash if grounds exist

This situation requires a human attorney. Please get one today.

Had one of those “fuck it” and had Bambu put everything on a single busy AF plate as an experiment. One of the objects fell over and started stringing everywhere but Bambu was able to detect it skip just that one object and carry on. Just incredible.
