I think I understand what you're trying to accomplish. Would it be worth using descriptive terms regarding how the hands look themselves? Instead of "Masc", use "Rough"? And another descriptive term for how "Fem" looks? 🤔

Each game session we did acted as a "sprint" where we focused on what we needed to build. My main job was to check on things they built and make sure to fend off attacks on the base and their work. Literally playing a role of PM and eliminating distractions
